From on the paper to the big screen , the effects of Harry Potter on industries, businesses, people and so much more has vastly grown over the years.  One person’s imagination has created an extreme amount of opportunities worldwide.  The following are just some examples of the effects of Harry Potter:

The book series is where it all began, the seven books have made over one billion dollars in profit since its inception. The books were not only written in English they were then translated into over 60 different languages

 After a long battle J.K Rowling finally signed the first four Harry Potter books to Warner Bros. for approximately two million dollars.  Seven movies later (and one more to come), $6,343,865,842 made, the Harry Potter movies have skyrocketed the film industry in more ways than just one

From publishers to actors to computer animators, over 800 jobs have been given from the Harry Potter movies alone with many more given in different industries
